Perkville Rewards FAQ

What is Perkville?
Perkville is a web-based Rewards program that allows us to reward our loyal customers with points that can be redeemed for various rewards in store! This program tracks your purchases and social media activity when integrated and will automatically reward you!

How do I sign up?
If you’ve entered in your email and name in store and made a purchase then you are automatically entered into our rewards program! All you have to do is check your email from the date of your first purchase and you will find a sign-up email! Create your account and log-in via perkville.com and you will be ready to start using your reward points!

How do I earn points?
You can earn points in tons of different ways! The most common is by making purchases at the store, which you’ll earn 1 point per $1 spent! You can also earn points at home by following us on Twitter, Referring a friend to Good Guy Vapes, as well as getting free points on your birthday! You automatically get 50 bonus points just for signing up and creating your account!

How do I check my points?
You’ll automatically get an email every week with your points balance, however, if you wish to check your points sooner, you can login to your account on https://www.perkville.com/login/ by using the same credentials you signed up with, or by logging in with your Facebook account if you have linked it. On the main screen, you’ll see your current points balance, as well as your most recent earning/redemption activities. 

How do I use my points?
First, log in to your Perkville account and double check that you have enough points for the reward you wish to redeem. Then, on the “Perks” tab, you can click the “Redeem” button below. Choose the location you wish to complete your visit at and press “Redeem” one more time to purchase the perk. Once purchased, show your phone screen or print out the receipt page displayed for your perk purchase to the sales associate and we’ll take care of the rest!

“I accidentally used my points, how do I get them back?”
Send us a support email to info@goodguyvapes.com and we will adjust your points back as long as the perk says it was not used in store!

“I haven’t gotten my points yet for my purchase I just made, why not?”

Points sometimes take up to 24 hours to show up on your account, check back after that and if you still do not have your points, please send us an email at info@goodguyvapes.com
