HOW DOES IT WORK?
Points are earned when making in-store purchases under your Good Guy Vapes store account.
HOW ARE MY POINTS CALCULATED?
For every $1 you spend, you earn 100 points.
WHEN DO MY POINTS APPEAR ON MY ACCOUNT AFTER A PURCHASE?
Your points will be added to your account usually within 24 hours of purchase unless there is a technical issue. Should you continue to have issues, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO THE NUMBER OF REWARDS THAT I CAN REDEEM?
You may redeem one reward per transaction.
CAN I PAY CASH TO COVER THE DIFFERENCE OF A REWARD?
You cannot pay to cover the difference of a reward.
CAN I RETURN REWARDS?
Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product or gift card.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
One of the many benefits of the Good Guy Vapes Rewards Program is that points never expire!
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS IN-STORE?
After deciding on the reward you wish to redeem, stop by your local Good Guy vapes and a sales associate will input the necessary information for you to redeem the reward of your choosing. Make sure you are logged into your account or have your account info ready ahead of time for a quicker check out!
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS ONLINE?
Currently our rewards program is strictly for in-store purchases and cannot be redeemed online.
CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS AT ANY GOOD GUY VAPES?
Rewards can only be redeemed in the state in where your account with Good Guy Vapes was made. If you move to another state, please reach out to us at email@example.com, or speak to a sales associate to have your state of residency adjusted in your account.
CAN I GIVE MY POINTS TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY?
Points are not transferable between accounts.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY POINTS ARE ACCURATE?
All points are calculated by purchases made through our POS system. You can reference your “Points History” in your rewards account to verify that you have earned the correct amount for all your transactions. Please note that it takes 24 hours for points to appear in your account. If there are any issues, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL?
To have your email address changed, please submit an email to email@example.com with the Subject line being “Email Change for Rewards Account” and in the text provide your name, current email and the new email address you would like to use. This can also be done through the settings tab in your rewards account by going to Settings and selecting Request an Email Change.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
This can also be done through the settings tab in your rewards account. Simply click the Settings icon and select Change My Password, and input the new password you would like. Should you have any issues, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT IF I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THAT EMAIL?
In the case of losing access to your rewards account, please reach out to us at email@example.com so that we can make the necessary changes to give you access back to your account.
